I have Web-TV, can I join too?

Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?

Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.

Are my referral earnings working?

Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.

When can I request payment?

You may request payment after you have earned the minimum payout of $ 0.50. All the money earned by your referrals will not be recovered in cash. It can only be used to redeem (with no minimum and whenever you want) in announcements in all Dragone Team Group webs or to buy different products in our web of auctions (Auctionemails) or in our Store (Dragone-Store). All the members that want to cash out their direct earnings and have Paypal as payment option MUST have at least 1 active 1st level referral in their downline (must be active for at least 30 days). Gold and Silver members can redeem their direct earnings with no minimum even if they don´t have any referral in their downline.

How can I request payment?

Log in to your account and visit the redemption area. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area.

After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days.

You gained an official auction for $ 5.00. To pay it you can use $ 2.00 of Spiderman Emails, $ 2.00 of Email Premium and $ 1.00 of Bond James Bond.

Example 2:

I am a premium member and I have a discount in the buy of ads, I must pay the amount that appears in the price-list?

No, you must pay the amount that corresponds including the discount.

Example: If you have a discount of 30 % and want to buy an advertisement that cost $ 10.00, you will have to send $ 7.00 indicating in the payment the type of advertisement and your premium member's condition.

I am premium member and I obviated my discount in the buy of an ads. I want that you send the difference

It is impossible. As soon as the payment was effected the difference will settle in your account, we will not be sent directly in cash.

I paid for an advertisement and you were not contacted with me. What happens?

Do not impatient; we prune to delay ourselves up to 72 hours in contacting with you.

I receive mails duplicated, what I can do?

Nothing, this problem is foreign to our power and supervision. The same one is originated in the mail server of the company where Emailpremium is Hosted. Do not inform it, we are well-informed.

I do not receive any mail, what happens?

Possibly your IP or the domain where you have your mail is banned. This happens when there are received complaints of your ISP or your IP. The problem does not have solution of our part. You must change the email or you will continue without receiving mails of us, try with Hotmail or Yahoo.

How can I refer other members?

You may place a link with your referral url Emailpremium on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What can I earn through referrals?

Members will earn 80% of their direct referral earnings, 60% of their indirect referral level earnings, 40% of their 3rd level referral earnings, 40% of their 4th level referral earnings, 40% of their 5th level referral earnings and 60% of their 6th level referral earnings. You will not earn from your referrals when you are set to vacation. What are Virtual Referrals? How can I purchase them?

Virtual referrals are referrals last forever and produce a fixed amount of referral earnings ($0.15) each and every month. Virtual referrals will be differenciated from "normal" referrals at members account. Virtual referrals will be sold in packages of 1, 10, 20 or 60. Virtual referral earnings are considered like normal referral earnings and can only be used for advertising, to buy Official Dragone Team Auctions at Auction-Emails.com or to get Gift Voucher at Dragone-Store.com.

Members that have at least 1 virtual referral will be able to cashout their direct earnings even if they don´t have any "normal" referral in their downline.

Which is the value of the paid emails?

The value of the paid emails will be personalised. The value will increase with the number of shares, direct regular referrals and virtual referrals each particular member has. Members with no shares, no regular referrals and no virtual referrals will receive paid emails with a value of $0.0025 (0.25 cents). This value will increase 0.05 cents with each share a member has, 0.01 cents with each virtual referral and 0.001 cents with each direct regular referral. There is no limit in the value.
